Today these requests go into WhatsApp groups and hope for a reply. Travel Buddies turns them into a search, a booking and a confirmed handover.
Documents and small items
Certificates, signed papers, a small gift. Find a verified traveller on your route and dates, agree the details in chat, and track the handover.

How it works
Every match follows the same three steps, and nothing counts as done until it is confirmed.
Post your trip or need
Travellers share route, date and what they can help with. Others post what they need carried or who needs company.
Chat and book
Talk in the app with phone numbers hidden. Once you both agree, send a booking request.
Confirm and review
The receiver gives a one-time code at handover, or the family confirms a safe arrival. Then both sides leave a review.
Trust comes first
A stranger's parcel or a parent's journey needs more than a WhatsApp message. These rules are part of the product, not fine print.

What it costs
The pilot is free. Later we plan small fees for verified matches, so the checks and support can keep running.

Questions
When can I start using it?
An invite-only pilot with a small group starts in November 2026. Everyone on the waitlist gets an invite as we open up, in the order they joined.
Which routes are covered?
We start with India and Denmark, then the rest of the Nordics and Europe. Tell us your route in the form so we know where to open next.
Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over who verifies their phone number and ID. Companion requests are only for adult passengers who can travel independently; children should use the airline's unaccompanied-minor service.
Can I send medicines or food?
No medicines for another person, no sealed parcels and nothing that breaks customs rules. Each traveller sees the item open before accepting it.
Is Travel Buddies a courier?
No. Travel Buddies connects people. Travellers and senders agree the details between themselves, and every traveller follows the customs rules of the countries they fly through.
